   Yes. Existing Astro customers who are eligible for this offer may subscribe to the Astro X3: Sports 12 Pack. The new subscription will be registered as a separate account and will remain independent of any existing Astro subscription, subject to Astro's prevailing terms and conditions.

    

4. What happens after the 12-month promotional contract period ends?​

   After the 12-month promotional period ends, customers may continue enjoying the Astro X3: Sports 12 Pack at RM89.99 per month, or the prevailing retail subscription price at the time.

    

5. How long is the promotional offer valid?​

   The promotional offer is available from 14 August 2026 until 31 August 2026. All subscriptions must be completed within this period to enjoy the promotional rate.

    

6. Will I be charged for optional add-ons or additional Astro services?

   Yes. Any optional content packs, apps, or add-ons are not included in this promotional offer and will be charged separately according to Astro's prevailing subscription rates.

    

7. Can I subscribe after the campaign period? 
   No. This promotional offer is only available from 14 August 2026 to 31 August 2026. Subscriptions completed after 31 August 2026 will not be eligible for the promotional rate.
