Astro ID

Astro ID is a user account that is required to access, authenticate and authorize your Astro services online. It is used as a single sign on for our digital services and partner apps which include Astro GO, My Astro, Astro Awani, Syok, beIN SPORTS CONNECT, iQIYI, TVBAnywhere+, HBO GO, Gempak, XUAN, Astro Ulagam, etc. 

Manage Astro ID

If you are an Astro customer, create an Astro ID by using your email to link your Astro account number and enjoy exclusive access to all of Astro’s digital services as stated above.
If you are a non-Astro customer, you will still be able to create an Astro ID, but access and use of Astro’s digital services will be limited.

Delete Astro ID

Astro ID and / or account deletion is permanent. Upon deletion, it will be unlinked from your TV subscription account and you will be logged out from all the associated Astro apps and / or services connected including the partner apps that you have logged in using the same Astro ID.
If you have any queries regarding Astro ID or would like to request for Astro ID account deletion, click on submit your request below and choose "Account/Subscription" > "I have an enquiry on Astro ID deletion", fill in the required details and our Astro representative will get back to you within 3 business days for security verification purposes.
