Identifying Astro Personnel
If you've called Astro and requested for technical assistance, use
these simple steps to identify Astro Service Personnel when they show
up at your door.

RECOGNIZE
These are what their uniforms and personal identifications tags look like. All Astro personnel are dressed in uniform and carry tags. If they don't have these, they are not Astro authorized personnel

REFER
Next, ask them for their MyKad and cross check their details against their Astro identification tag number. Their MyKad number and their Astro identification card number must match.

REQUEST
Ask them for an authorised work order or subscription form to make sure that they're there to get the right job done.
