Effective 1st July, 2008, there will be Penalty Charges prior to expiry of their minimum subscription period. The calculation for pro-ration of Penalty Charges would be as follows:-

[Penalty Charge Amount x (remaining days unfulfilled/ total contract period]

Pro-ration of Penalty Charges is allowed PROVIDED decoder & smartcard are surrendered in good working condition. If there are multiple outlets, pro-ration of Penalty Charges will be applicable by OUTLET.
