Note:

1. If full payment is not received within 30 days after initial disconnection of service, an Administrative Fee of RM10.00 will apply.
2. Clearly indicate the subscriber name, contact number and Astro's account number every time you make a payment (e.g. on bank-in slips and reverse side of the cheque).
3. Cheque payments to be issued payable to "Astro"
   Enclose your cheque payment together with the detached lower portion of the Astro bill.
   Mail it to Astro, PO Box 10196, 50706 Kuala Lumpur.
   
4. For Direct-Debit (deduction through savings account), please contact your bank for standing instructions. Provide the subscriber name and Astro account number. Direct-Debit may not be available on all accounts. Please check with your bank.
5. Please inform us of any changes of billing address/ information.
