Administrative Fee & Reconnection Fee

If full payment is not received within 30 days after initial disconnection of service, Administrative Fee of RM10.00 will be debited to your account. This will be reflected in your following month's statement.

A Reconnection Fee of RM20.00 will be charged to your account for re-activating a subscription that has been suspended or terminated.

A Switching Fee of RM10.00 will be charged to your account, upon switching of packages.
