Your TV is displaying "This channel is not included in your subscription" or "We apologise for the service interruption" even though your account is active
- Step 1
Dial 03-9543 3838 and select your preferred language
- Step 2
Key in your 10-digit Astro Account number, followed by the # key for Billing Information (Self Service)
- Step 3
Select Option 3 for Technical Assistance
- Step 4
Select Option 1 “If your TV is displaying "This channel is not included in your subscription" or "We apologise for the service interruption"
Leave your decoder on standby as we resume your service. If the issue persists after 1 hour, do email us at [email protected] or call us between 8am to 12am to seek further assistance from our Service Astrolites.
