  • Active account but TV displays"This channel is not included in your subscription" or "We apologise for the service interruption"

    • Step 1
      Dial 03-9543 3838 and select your preferred language
    • Step 2
      Key in your 10-digit Astro Account number, followed by the # key
    • Step 3
      Select Option 3 for Technical Assistance and Installation Enquiries
    • Step 4
      Select Option 1 for Service Interruption
    • Step 5
      Select Option 1, If your TV is displaying "This channel is not included in your subscription" or "We apologise for the service interruption"

    Note: Leave your decoder on standby as we resume your service. If the problem persists after 1 hour, call us back.
