  • Your TV is displaying "This channel is not included in your subscription" or "We apologise for the service interruption" even though your account is active

    • Step 1
      Dial 03-9543 3838 and select your preferred language
    • Step 2
      Key in your 10-digit Astro Account number, followed by the # key for Billing Information (Self Service)
    • Step 3
      Select Option 3 for Technical Assistance
    • Step 4
      Select Option 1 “If your TV is displaying "This channel is not included in your subscription" or "We apologise for the service interruption"

    Please Note:
    Leave your decoder on standby as we resume your service. If the issue persists after 1 hour, do email us at [email protected] or call us between 8am to 12am to seek further assistance from our Service Astrolites.
