    • Proceed with secured payment process
IVR: BILL PAYMENT
  • PAYMENT VIA CARD (REGISTERED CARD WITH PIN)
    • Step 1
      Dial 03-9543 3838 and select your preferred language
    • Step 2
      Key in your 10-digit Astro Account number, followed by the # key for Billing Information (Self Service)
    • Step 3
      Select Option 1 for Payment Enquiries
    • Step 4
      Select Option 1 for Card Payment
    • Step 5
      Select Option 1 to Make a Payment
    • Step 6
      Key in your 6-digit PIN, followed by the #key Key in your NEW 6-digit PIN, followed by the # key.Re-enter your NEW 6-digit PIN, followed by the # key
    • Step 7
      Select 1 to make a full payment

    • Note: To have uninterrupted services and error free payment, we have automated the IVR to a specified amount based on the customer’s account details. However, if you wish to pay a different amount or advance payment, you can always pay via SMS Payment – ASTRO<space>PYMT<space>10-Digit Astro Account No<space>PIN No<space>Payment Amount or use our other alternative payment platforms.
  • CHANGE PIN FOR CARD PAYMENT
    • Step 1
      Dial 03-9543 3838 and select your preferred language
    • Step 2
      Key in your 10-digit Astro Account number, followed by the # key for Billing Information (Self Service)
    • Step 3
      Select Option 1 for Payment Enquiries
    • Step 4
      Select Option 1 for Card Payment
    • Step 5
      Select Option 2 to Change your PIN
    • Step 6
      Key in your 6-digit PIN, followed by the #key. Key in your NEW 6-digit PIN, followed by the # key. Re-enter your NEW 6-digit PIN, followed by the #key.

    • PIN change & Payment Rules:
    • Default PIN will be acceptable for all Card Payment transactions if user failed to change or preferred to retain the default PIN
    • PIN change is not acceptable if same default PIN is used as the New / changed PIN e.g. Original default PIN is 727442 but New PIN entered 727442 – not allowed
    • PIN change is not acceptable if there is an error in the original default PIN entered e.g. Original default PIN with error is 727442 but entered 727444 – not allowed
    • Card payment is not be acceptable if the account number or PIN entered did not match the card registered with Astro e.g. It is mandatory for Account, Card and PIN to match as per Astro records

    • Step 1
      Dial 03-9543 3838 and select your preferred language
    • Step 2
      Key in your 10-digit Astro Account number, followed by the # key for Billing Information (Self Service)
    • Step 3
      Select Option 1 for Payment Enquiries
    • Step 4
      Select Option 2 for Real Time Payment Channel information

    • Note: Payment made via Real Time Payment Channels are updated immediately
