Q: 1. What is Astro On Demand?
A: Astro On Demand (AOD) is a new service offering premium content enhanced TV viewing.

Under AOD service, customers can subscribe to Astro On Demand Dragon Pack or enjoy the service by ordering by title or drama series. Kindly refer to the next sections for further details.

Q: 2. What is AOD Drama?
A: Currently AOD Drama is the name of Astro's new premium service featuring the latest TVB drama series, at the same time that they premiere in Hong Kong. Please note that programmes featured on AOD is at Astro's absolute discretion.

Q: 3. How is AOD Drama different from Wah Lai Toi (WLT) TVB drama?
A: WLT TVB drama series follow a different scheduling and release pattern.
AOD Drama shows new releases at the very same time and day as their launch in Hong Kong. All episodes of the AOD Drama will also be repeated until the end of the drama series, allowing viewers to have the opportunity to watch all of the drama's episodes without interruption and at their own preference during the AOD Drama scheduled broadcast.

Q: 4. 'Watch the latest TVB dramas at the same time as Hong Kong', what time does it mean to
Malaysians?
A: There will be at least two new titles released at any point of time. The new episode of each title will be released at 8.30pm and 9.30pm every weekday respectively on the same day that they are released in Hong Kong. Visit www.astro.com.my for details of the updated schedules. Please note that programmes and broadcast details featured on AOD are at Astro's absolute discretion.

Q: 5. How do I order Astro On Demand or subscribe to Astro On Demand Dragon Pack?
A: There are two (3) ways.

Q: 6. How do I know I have successfully subscribed to AOD Drama?
A: After you have ordered, please leave your decoder on stand-by mode to receive the service upload. You will be able to watch AOD dramas from Channel 900 onwards. When the words "OK to watch" appear, press 'OK' on your remote, the drama series will appear.

You are not required to install any new equipment to your decoder. A subscriber's existing decoder, remote control and active smartcard are all that is necessary.

Q: 7. How do I pay for AOD Drama? Will I get a separate statement?
A: The Astro On Demand order will appear on your Astro bill when we activate
your service. Full payment will be collected as per your current arrangement.

Astro On Demand (AOD) Title Series Buy

Q: 1. What is AOD title series buy?
A: AOD title series buy allows customer to choose the drama title of their
interest. Purchases are made on individual title basis.

Q: 2. Can I buy by episode?
A: No. AOD Drama is available on a per series basis. Puchase by episode is not available.

Q: 3. How much do I have to pay if I order AOD Drama?
A: AOD has an Introductory Special Price offer

Q: 4. Can I cancel the service?
A: Cancellation is permitted before the broadcast of Episode 1 of the AOD series.
Cancellations are not permitted once the series starts.

Astro On Demand (AOD) DRAGON PACK

Q: 1. What is Astro On Demand Dragon Pack?
A: Astro On Demand Dragon Pack is a subscription package under Astro premium plus package which allow customers to have unlimited access to all TVB dramas on AOD service.

Q: 2. Are there any other drama titles besides Hong Kong TVB dramas in this package?
A: No, currently this monthly subscription is only limited to the TVB latest dramas from Hong Kong. Please note that Astro has the sole discretion in determining the drama titles and special programmes to be offered.

Q: 3. What is the subscription fee for Astro On Demand Dragon Pack?
A: The Astro On Demand Dragon Pack subscription fees for Dynasty Package customers is RM39.95 per month and RM54.95 per month for non-Dynasty curtomers.

Q: 4. Upon subscribing to Dragon Pack, if I am only interested in 1 drama title in that package, can I just pay for that drama title and not the full package price?
A: No. Subscription to the Astro On Demand Dragon Pack is by full package basis.

Q: 5. How is the Dragon Pack billed and when is it effective?
A: Customers can subscribe to this package anytime and the subscription fees will be prorated according to customers' billing cycle. Dragon Pack subscription fees will be reflected in your Astro bill.

Q: 6. Once I have subscribed to the Dragon Pack, do I have to call up AOD Hotline to reactivate my subscription on a monthly basis?
A: No. Renewal is automatic.

Q: 7. Why should I subscribe to Astro On Demand Dragon Pack?
A: Besides having unlimited access to all TVB dramas AOD service; you will be enjoying more savings as compared to ordering per title basis. Astro On Demand Dragon Pack customers will also be able to enjoy exclusive Live and Special Events (when available) at no extra cost.

For example in February 2008, Dragon Pack customers will be able to enjoy "Jade Solid Gold Award - 25 Years of Timeless Hits Awards Presentations" from year 1983 until 2007 whilst in March 2008, there will be a special Live Charity Show from Hong Kong: Pok Oi Charity Show 2008.

In addition AOD Dragon Pack customers will also be receiving Exclusive invites to our Special Events (if any) and many more privileges.

Q: 8. Once I have subscribed to Astro On Demand Dragon Pack, do I have to press "OK Watch" for every new title?
A: No. You will be able to see all Astro On Demand Channels continuously once you have subscribed to Astro On Demand Dragon Pack.

Q: 9. Can I cancel the Dragon Pack? How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Yes. To cancel, you can call our AOD Hotline at 1300 82 8888 or our Astro Customer Service line at 1300 82 3838.

Q: 10. Upon cancellation will there be additional cost incurred?
A: Yes. Customers will be charged RM10.00 administrative fee upon cancellation of Dragon Pack Subscription, similar to other Astro packages
