1. Who owns Astro.com.my?
Astro.com.my belongs to MEASAT Broadcast Network Systems Sdn. Bhd.

2. What does Astro.com.my offer?
Astro's self service portal offers a variety of services, including online subscription to Astro Pay-Per-View, programme listings, contests and customer service. You can also view or pay your Astro bills and watch Astro programs online.

3. Where can I find Astro Channel listings?
Select Channels on the top bar of the Astro Main Page for the full selection of Astro channel listings.

4. How can I look for the programme listings?
Our TV Guide page has the latest listings, show times and synopsis for all our channels. You are able to scroll up, down, across and to the side on a 24 hours time frame grid. Programme scheduling can be checked for the first 24 hours and then the subsequent 7 days ahead and behind of the current day, displaying programme schedule for a 15 days span.

Alternatively, select Channels on the top bar of the Astro Main Page. You can also select specific packages from the same drop-down menu, followed by specific channels once you click on the specific packages.

5. How do I login to the website?
Scroll to the top right of the Astro.com.my website, and then click the login button.
Please enter your registered email address and password and then click submit to login.
