How do I view videos on Astro.com.my?
Please login to our online Astro B.yond Player page to start viewing videos. You must be an Astro customer to enjoy all our videos online. Astro B.yond Player videos comprises of videos of our locally produced content and special programmes HD broadcast. You will also need the latest Silverlight plug-in available at http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/Default.aspx.

Select the programme that you would like to view from the list of tabs and content. You are now ready to watch content online.

What are widgets on Astro.com.my?
Widgets on Astro.com.my are web application from our channel selection that you can add to your page to personalize content once you're logged in. Widgets are fun, engaging and useful applications that allow users to turn personal content into dynamic web apps that can be shared on just about any website.

How do I create and rename my widget tabs?
Sign up or login to www.astro.com.my with an existing user name and password.

To create a new tab, click on the PLUS symbol located on the right hand side of the widgets navigation bar. A pop-up box will appear. Name your tab and then click save. Congratulations! You have successfully created a new Astro user account tab.

To rename your tab, click on the tab that you would like to change. A cursor will appear in the tab box next to a save and a cancel button. Rename your tab and then click save and you have successfully customized your Astro user account tab.

Why can't I rename my widget tabs?
If you are unable to rename your tabs, look to the top right hand corner of your screen for a login button. You have possibly not logged in with an existing Astro user account.

I have logged in with an existing Astro user account. Why can't I customize my widget tabs?
You have possibly navigated to the page tab, which you would like to change. Please navigate to a different page tab and then click on the tab, which you would like to change. A cursor will appear in the tab box next to a save and a cancel button. Rename your tab and then click save.

How do I add new widgets in my widget tabs?
Click on Add/Edit widgets on the right hand corner of the widgets navigation bar to go to the widgets library homepage. Search for a widget using the search tool or based on genre on the left. Choose your favorite widget and add it to your Astro homepage by clicking on "Add to homepage".

The widget will now appear on your Astro homepage widget tab. Drag and drop this to move it to another tab.

How do I customize my own widgets?
Click on create widget button on the widget library page, from there create your own RSS widget or Manual Widgets!
