What is an E-Pass?
E-pass is analogous to an 'internet passport'; a pass that allows members to participate in ongoing contests on all our affiliated websites via a one-time registration only. Also, members will receive the latest news on promotional activity and running contests on all these sites on a regular basis. In order for E-pass to work, please enable your browser to accept cookies.

Does this mean that I will not need to register separately for each contest?
Yes, that is right. Your information will be stored in a database and each time you choose to participate in any ongoing web event, your details will be retrieved automatically.

What about my privacy?
We will not share any information about our users without prior consent at anytime. For details please read our privacy policy.

What type of information will I receive?
As a member, you will be the first to find out what is happening on Astro and any of the other affiliate websites you choose to subscribe to. We will send you monthly eNewsletters and updates on the latest events, promotions & contest! And yes, it is all free!

Will I be charged a fee or service charge to use E-pass?
No. It is absolutely free.

Does E-pass expire?
An unused E-pass expires 6-months from the date of registration

I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you forget your password, just click on the Forgot Your Password link found on the E-Pass registration page. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address which you registered with, your login ID or your NRIC and we will email you your password. If you are still unable to retrieve your password, just contact us at webmaster@astro.com.my and we will provide you with your password.
