In order to assist applicants
to fill up the Application Form appropriately, we have created
an 'internet
passport', or E-pass, that allows applicants to enjoy the
facility of editing and saving changes in the Application
Form before submission. Applicants are required to register
for E-pass before filling up the Form.
What is an
E-Pass?
E-pass allows applicants to save and edit the Application
Form before submission, via a one-time
registration only. In order for E-pass to work, please enable
your browser to accept cookies.
Does this mean that I cannot apply for the Scholarship
if I don't register for E-Pass?
Yes, that is right. E-Pass allows your details to be
stored in a database, and each time you log in, your last
saved
details will be retrieved automatically. This service saves
the information you have typed and allows you to review your
application before submission. Once your application has
been submitted, you will not be able to make anymore changes
to it.
What about my privacy?
We will not share any information about our users without
prior consent at anytime. For details please read our privacy
policy.
Will I be charged a fee or service charge to use
E-pass?
No. It is absolutely free.
Does E-pass expire?
An unused E-pass expires 6-months from the date of registration
I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you forget your password, just click on the Forgot
Your Password link found on the E-Pass registration page.
You will be asked to enter your e-mail address which you
registered with, your login ID or your NRIC and we will email
you your password. If you are still unable to retrieve your
password, just contact us at webmaster@astro.com.my and
we will provide you with your password.
