ASTRO LEAD PROGRAMME

High caliber Malaysian graduates with exceptional leadership qualities from local and foreign universities are sought for the ASTRO LEAD PROGRAMME.  Irrespective of their field of study, all Malaysian graduates are eligible to apply. Short listed applicants will be put through a rigorous interview and assessment process. The aim is that they will discover the specialty to which they have the greatest affinity and will be continuously motivated to build a long-term career with ASTRO.

What is the Astro LEAD Programme?

It is a graduate management trainee programme. Trainees will be on rotational basis for 1 year, which includes 3 rotations and structured training sessions.
