1. The People's Choice Drama Belt Voting ("Voting") shall be held from 20/08/08 to 05/09/08 ("Voting Period") and will close at the end of the Voting Period or such other time that Astro shall decide from time to time. Entries received after the stipulated time will be ineligible for the prize.
2. The Voting is open to all ePass member subscribed to www.astro.com.my ("Voters").
3. To enter the Voting, the Voter must fill in the details including his/her name as per NRIC, email address, contact no, Astro account no, answer a question, as well as provide a creative slogan of not more that 20 words; the vote for the drama of his/her choice among the 5 listed drama titles. ("Voting Entries").
4. The Voter must be an Astro subscriber and a Malaysian citizen.
5. The Voter can send in as many Voting entries as they wish.
6. Ten (10) Voters who have voted for the top drama will be selected based on the most creative slogan to receive a gift from Astro.
7. Astro reserves the right to change the gift without any prior notification.
8. Each voter selected shall be entitled to one (1) gift only.
9. Astro makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the gift and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.
10. The voter shall collect the gift.
11. All ancillary costs not listed, as part of the gift shall be the responsibility of the voter.

Standard Terms and Conditions

1. The Voter must ensure that their Voting entries are complete and accurate. Incomplete, illegible or late entries shall be disqualified.
2. Astro reserves the right to reject any registration and/or entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
3. All Voting entries must be submitted in the language specified. Voting entries in any other languages will be rejected by Astro.
4. Employees of ASTRO ALL ASIA NETWORKS plc ("Astro") including its subsidiaries and affiliates, sponsors, agencies, dealers, retailers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Voting.
5. Voters under the age of eighteen (18) must seek parental and/or guardian approval before participating in the Voting. Astro considers it the responsibility of parents and/or guardian to monitor their children's participation in this Voting.
6. Where applicable, Voters must obtain consent from the bill payers before participating in the Voting. Payment shall be made irrespective of whether such charges were authorised by the bill payer. For the purposes herein the term "bill payer" shall mean the individual, company or entity specified in the registration or subscription form whose application for the relevant service has been approved and accepted by the service provider.

1. Proof of voting entry sent by a Voter does not denote proof that the voting entry was received by Astro.

Astro reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Voting winner(s) and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Voting winner(s) and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.

1. All Voters shall be required to adhere to the Voting Terms and Conditions and the Astro Website Terms of Use and Notices including any changes made thereto. Astro reserves the right to forfeit the prize(s) in the event any of the Voting Terms and Conditions and/or the Astro Website Terms of Use and Notices are not adhered to.

1. Astro reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Voting Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Voters shall be bound to such changes.

1. Astro will not be responsible or liable for:

1. any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and sending a voting entry as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experienced by the participating telecommunication/internet service provider and/or by Astro and/or resulting from participation or the downloading of any materials in the Voting. In the event of such error, interruption and/or failure, Astro shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Voter to participate in the Voting at any time.
2. any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Voter, or their authorised representatives resulting from their participation in the Voting.
3. any error (including error in notification of Voting winners), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

1. Astro reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Voting, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Voting Terms and Conditions and/or the Astro Website Terms of Use and Notices. No correspondence shall be entertained.

1. Astro further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Voting for any reason whatsoever.
